there's a few things to look for:

- Do we have a service center and do we have any guarantee, make sure you get at least one year guarantee for your cell phone. 

- Check if mobile phone has the proper charger for your country. Anyway - most of China stores offer you to send for free adapter for your charger according to country where you are. But you always can contact the support and to ask about.

- Check if your new Android phone has all needed languages, multilingual support and do this phone has access to Google Play
