PandaWill: Notification of parcels with batteries delivery policy adjustment + $8 coupon Bonus

Message from PandaWill Team, about battery delivery problems

Dear customers,
Due to policy adjustment, China Post and HongKong Post will not service parcels with batteries since the end of September. Singapore Post now limits its service to parcels with only one battery. And this has brought negative affect on our logistics. As the strict package check of China Post, some of parcels may be hold in the Custom, according to our experience, that will cause the package delayed for a period of time.

We are sorry for not be able to warn our customers on this sudden change from China Post, Hong Kong Post, and Singapore Post. But Pandawill has solutions ready. In the past months, Pandawill has been working with our logistics providers in testing a few channels, such as Belgian Post, DHL Global Mail/Deutsche Post, Pony Express. And the result is very positive, both in terms of service, and delivery time and reliability. So Pandawill has introduced these new shipping methods to our customers since the beginning of October.

Better and speedy services will inevitabily cause the cost of shipping to go higher. To compensate for the cost hike and encourage our customers for trying the new shippings, Pandawill will offer a US$8 coupon (Code:FASTSHIP) for all new orders over US$100 (The coupon will expire 2 weeks later), and for all old orders affected by the policy change and not shipped before Oct.7th, Pandawill will and have upgraded the shipping to one of these new channels, FOR FREE(Pandawill paid the difference)!

We will closely monitor the situation in the logistic market. If any positive change may arise, Pandawill will swiftly adjust our shipping policy accordingly. Sorry again for all inconnvience this situation may have brought to you.
